The Knottingley Glass Project was a creative community heritage project exploring the industrial and social history of Knottingley. In 2013 and 2014 Knottingley and Ferrybridge Neighbourhood Network, delivered this project, funded by Heritage Lottery Fund, designed to celebrate the history of the Knottingley Community.

 

Knottingley Glass was a trans-generational project about how people, places and events shape communities.

This is the home page for the Stölzle-Flaconnage Factory in Knottingley, which was set up as J.W. Bagley and Co in 1871 by three local glass makers and became part of the Stölzle Glass Group in 1994.
